From the late medieval village of Magliano to the walls of the village of Montiano extends the Beastly location. This area, consisting of stony soil and low and wild vegetation, takes its name from the pastures of cattle that for centuries have found its natural home there.

At the highest point of the hill is a simple and refined building, surrounded by a large portico that looks at the garden on one side and the silver and the sea on the other.

The house, renovated with great care, revolves around the large and welcoming living area, on which overlooks the kitchen where the owners love to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes for friends.

Modern and contemporary artworks enhance the furnishings of each room, creating an intimate and never-foregone dialogue. 

All around the garden extends the olive grove increased substantially in recent years, from which is obtained a precious oil and intense taste.
